We guarantee that all pre-owned luxury items sold by our store are authentic.
Each item is inspected by our trained and experienced in-house team before sale. We review key details including materials, stitching, hardware, logos, serial or date codes, brand markings, craftsmanship, smell, wear, and overall condition.
For every order, an Entrupy third-party authentication report is completed before shipment. Items that do not pass our authenticity review will not be shipped.
If a customer has an authenticity concern after receiving an item, we will review the case carefully with relevant information, including order details, item photos, packing records, and the Entrupy authentication report. We may ask the customer to share details that help us understand the concern, such as photos, an explanation, or a third-party authentication report if available.
If further verification is needed, the item may be returned for in-house inspection and, when necessary, additional third-party authentication review. We will provide a fair resolution based on the review result and the applicable order policy.
