Refund policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

一、Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the item is shipped out. We cannot cancel the order if the item has already been shipped out.

We also offer order changes before the item is shipped. We cannot make any changes to the order after the order has been shipped.

二、Return

Our policy is valid for 7 days counting from the day that the parcel has been signed for delivery. *ALL sales are final, no exchanges/ returns.

To be eligible for return, you need to provide proof of re-authentication (proof that the fingerprinted item you received has authentication issues). Your item also need to be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or used, and also with its original tag and packaging.

Return: Contact us for return information and we will send you a return label. After we receive and examine the item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved, once approved, we will process a full refund back to your payment account.

Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.


三、Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Due to transportation problems, If you think the return is too troublesome, the goods are damaged when the goods are received, we can bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
